My stay at Conrad Dubai was fantastic, thanks to its superb location and really good service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the amenities were truly luxurious. However, I did experience a slight hiccup during check-in regarding my breakfast reservation, which left a bit of a sour note at the beginning of my trip.

The room was large and beautifully appointed with a separate rainfall shower and a tub that had a TV! The huge windows offered stunning views of Dubai, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff at Conrad Dubai were professional and courteous throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive pool service provided by Jane, I felt genuinely cared for. Most importantly, they quickly resolved my breakfast issue at check-in with great professionalism.

The hotel is ideally situated on Sheikh Zayed Road and right next to a metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Dubai. I loved being able to hop on the metro and get around so easily.

However, I faced some frustrating hiccups with the elevators and the pricing at the pool bar, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
